Hi, I'm the Jill behind Jill Weimer Dulcimer Hammers. Welcome and thank you for visiting my website! I'm a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and a handsome son. We've homeschooled our kids, which was/still is a great experience! I became interested in the dulcimer while my newborn son was recovering from major surgery in St. Paul Children's Hostpital. On a sleepless night, I stumbled across a cassette recorder in the the playroom on my son's floor. The tape in it was Joemy Wilson's "Dulcimer Lullabies". I was instantly hooked on the hammered dulcimer, and the rest was history! I've now been playing the hammered dulcimer for about 12 years, and making hammers for about 10 years.
